Yoga this morning...I feel like since I started taking classes at the studio again, everyone is veering from the sequence! I kind of just want to practice it. I guess on my own this weekend...Anyways, the class was still good. I couldn't really get into headstand today...no focus or something. My tri-pod is better today.

Yoga TT, Day 17
It was like Spring today! That put me in a good mood, but then we did not have Yoga class this morning and instead had this random Kundalini guy talk to us about nothing. I don't think I can take much more of this Yogatude and the share time. The people in my TT group are awesome...its the random things they have us sit through that kill it.

Yoga TT, Day 5. Week one is completed!!!!
Today was an interesting day. Class this morning was fab bc urbansherpa encouraged me to never go back to the wall for headstands and i listened to her and i got it, AGAIN! Then during the lunch break I got to play capoeira for like 15min with one of my fellow TT, which was AWESOME and I SOOOO needed that! Then we just did lots and lots of Au's.

Ok my muscles must have atrophied during all my super light workout days while on vacation. I took 1 Yoga class and 1 Muay Thai class yesterday... I woke up today like someone pummeled the crap out of me. WHY?! Granted the judo push-ups yesterday were killer but I was out of breath during bag work. What is my problem?!

Sept Day 17, So glad I wore my chin zit to class this morning!
Ran a slow mile before class...didn't want to push it since the day before I hit the wall with over-training.
8am Muay Thai. I expected a camera crew there, but not taping class...WTF? I woke up thinking...let me not braid my hair, let me not put make up on to go to the gym...zits all out and everything. Glad they got a close up of it, k thanks!

Summer Day 67, I love my girls from the Bay
One of my girl friends from the Bay came to visit me so I missed 8am class to have breakfast with her. YAY!

Summer Day 65, Trainers have no tact, they just want to sell themselves (a lot of them atleast)
7am Yoga. I could barely sleep the pain I was in. Worse than the soreness...my blisters! Kettlebells, damn you! I am now totally regretting not popping those blisters last week. UGH. Besides that I am glad I did yoga bc I needed major stretching.
2pm Met A. at the gym to practice all the techniques that D taught us and hit the bags for about 10 min.

Got to the gym early and although I was sore, and feeling shin splints coming on I still did my mile run.

8am Muay Thai. Padwork/bagwork. Easy day with my TEAM PINK partner. YAY!

7:30pm D's Kungfu class. Still going over basics, a few strikes, bone conditioning
