W. 10:19 walk/run/sprints (2:17:26). Tai Chi warmups. Morning workout: (don't laugh) 20 minutes of Billy Blanks' Tae Bo Get Celebrity Fit Cardio DVD. 5 sun salutes.
Brekky: muesli with skim milk, blueberries and chopped apple.

W. Quick morning workout, 1 set @ 45 seconds each: planks with hip flexion, leaning tower, four-point kneel, bridge with single leg lift, side bridges, and dead bug (lol). Five sun salutes.

Where is the morning light?
W. No morning workout. :( Too tired--worn out. Waking up late more often. It seems like morning light is taking longer to show up these days. Hm.
Did do 5 sun salutes, though. :)
Evening workout: Knockout, followed by Pump--2 hrs.

Morning Tai Chi warm ups with sit ups and push ups, 5 sun salutes.
Evening: Knockout (great session!!) followed by Pump (ouch!)--2-hours.
Ended the evening by meeting up with our Tai Chi instructor to explore further into meditation. It was so relaxing.

O Motivation Where Art Thou?
I'm still not getting up for my morning run. Just not into it. I hope after the holiday season passes I can get motivated again.
