Still sore from the video I did yesterday and my legs shake every time I take the stairs. My ballroom dance class (45min) was fun though, and I did some yoga (15min) to help stretch everything out.
Tomorrow I'm supposed to do a strength workout, so hopefully that actually happens and I don't wuss out.
Thank you social workout for being the best site ever! I tirelessly log my workouts every nite through my tiny, not so advanced cell phone on the train, all sweaty after hours of dancing/yoga/kickboxing. - What's your secret (fitness-related) sin? Honestly, it's how much I don't workout. I'm a senior in college and generally busy and stressed. My schedule isn't healthy or regular! Unfortunately I usually pick sleeping a few more hours during the day over going to the gym. Which is sad because exercise helps with stress. It's a downward spiral that I'm trying to remedy by doing yoga in the mornings. After I graduate (In less than two weeks!!) all bets are off.
