Workout
when health pulls the brakes
I was all set to beat the crap out of myself at the gym last night in an effort to increase my participation rate for MMM. That was the plan...until I took a deep breath to check in with myself, and I had to admit that my ribs were whimpering. My homemade gluten-free pb&j sandwich was waiting for me when I got back, which I enjoyed with a mug of vanilla rooibos tea. By 1:30, I was feeling con
