Since I don't belong to a gym I've been using www.beYOU.tv a lot. It's not that I don't want to join a gym, it's just that I don't like the ones in my neighborhood and I've discovered over the years that if I don't like the gym's vibe, I'm not going to use it. Enter the interweb and www.beYOU.tv. Yesterday I did a pilates ballet fusion workout, the 4th video I've tried from the site.
