The Treadmill of Happiness (but not the good kind)

HEY Social Workout!  So things have been super busy, and I’ve been taking a break from SW, and working out regularly in general (my grand plans for a 5k on the 17th are not happening, because I really need to spend the time packing instead).  I can tell the difference in me with the lack of endorphins, and I really should try to get some workout outs in whenever possible, so we’ll see

Forthright Friday - 132.0 pounds

The scale FINALLY moved in the right direction!  Seriously, it was not easy this week ya’ll.  I had some pretty intense workouts and was at the gym 3 mornings before 7am this week, lots of running really, and I planned out and prepared all of my meals Sunday – Thursday (breakfast, lunch, snacks, AND dinner) to make sure that I didn’t make any horrible choices by eating out.  I di
