body update
I haven't lost any weight in a few months now, but my body has definitely been getting smaller. I bought a dress this weekend in a size 14 (this time a year ago I was in a size 20, two years ago a 26). crossing my legs is easier. My hips feel bonier. I feel stronger. If the body fat monitor in my bathroom can be believed, I've replaced about 10lbs of fat with around the same amount of muscle in the last month or so. working out is starting to feel less horrible and endurable and doable, more and more. I have worked out on 3/5ths of this month so far. I want to end the month averaging working out 2/3 of the whole month.
I've started taking my vitamins again (I take about...one million) and eating really pretty well. tonight I had burrito stuff at like 5 but when my roommate got home I was hungry again and instead of eating crap I had some homemade greek yogurt and some berries I got at a farmstand yesterday. delicious, and I couldn't even finish it all. feeling really good about where I'm heading, health-wise.

It sounds like you're doing great! Congratulations! The zipper test is so much better than the scale, don't you think?

forget the scale - it just shows a number that doesn't give the whole picture. its all about feeling good and being healthy. congrats :-)

Right on Kophelia! It's an amazing feeling, isn't it? I've been (and am continuing) on a similar journey and I love being "that" person (who exercises and eats healthy and is starting to feel good about where I'm at physically). I have more to go, but it's been a lifestyle change in a way that it never was in the past... and the exercising has been a huge part of that transformation for me. Keep up the good work and luxuriate in your journey!

GREAT POST! This is inspiring...
I personally never weigh myself bc it can read anything depending on the time of day, or time in my cycle, etc.
Making good food choices is so hard to be consistent with but makes such a difference. Keep it up!
