So now that MMM is almost over, what really counts as activity minutes?
Was anyone at Jones Beach today? The waves were scary. Trying not to get pulled into the water was hard. Took alot of ab strength to balance. Also running away from the really high waves, and running after the lifeguards who were running after the people were too far out-to catch the action, and running to move all our belongings so they wouldn't get wet (3 times) as the tide got higher and the water crept closer and closer to our things.
I'm just kidding, but it was an awesome day at the beach. And this time I reapplied sunscreen all day and didn't get burned.

Alright, if I register for the Staten Island half (which is October 10th, so far enough out to get some training in), I think you should too. Bronx half is this weekend. I'm looking for a challenge, but I'm not crazy. :)

I wish you didn't ask because now I really feel like I should do it. But that would mean I'd need to get serious about training.
