"Instead of making a goal of telling myself I need to lose two pounds a week or something like that, I’m taking a different approach....I’m going to try to eat as clean as possible, but I’m also going to start running 20 miles a week again. I'm joining you on this, but from August 1-31 :-) I'll be out of town this weekend & running will not be on my mind. Thanks for posting -- it has become my August challenge.
