The One-Day Jivamukti Yoga Retreat

- Who: Sharon Gannon, David Life and Julie Kirkpatrick of Jivamukti Yoga School
- What/Why: Every day, from August 1-31, Jivamukti is offering a three hour morning yoga intensive at the The Wild Woodstock Jivamukti Ashram, a 76-acre forest preserve in the Catskill Mountains. Two and a half hours from NYC, the bus ride there and back costs $50. You can camp overnight or make a day trip of it and head right back to the city on the afternoon bus. Not exactly a week in Sicily, but a great one-day alternative.
- When: August 1-31, 2010 from 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. daily.
- Where: The Wild Woodstock Jivamukti Ashram, just outside Woodstock, New York.
