531,794 Minutes Mlogged on Monday

The 6,000 Club!

Mloggers! As we drfit lazily towards 600K, the judges and I are in an unreasonably good mood thanks to the inspiring collection of workout prescriptions that came in last week, and which we have been carefully reviewing. If anyone is looking for an access point to extreme wellness, look no further. There's been a heated internal debate around which challenger should receive the free Fitbit on offer, and we'll be announcing the judges' final decision later today. Meanwhile, this report is dedicated to the 6,000 Club, a small group of exceptional people with serious exercise habits — who nonetheless live in the real world. An intense round of snaps, please. Our leaderboard was quiet over the weekend, although there was once again a lead change at the top, up there near 12,000 minutes.... This time michlny edged out Bwaytapper. Today we award michlny the strictly-ceremonial Rafa Nadal prize for inspiring comebacks.

Now then, please stand by for the Fitbit awards and the final phase of the HMSP. One million or bust!

Day 54 Leaderboard....

Halfway Mark Stimulus Plan, Part II

  • What: Must submit one Workout Prescription. A "pescription" details, from start to finish, a workout that you recommend. To qualify, it must be a workout that you have actually done at least once. This is meant to be informative to your fellow challengers, and should contain all relevant details: Pre and post game rituals or food intake, wardrobe, location, props and equipment, exercises, reps, distances, playlist, etc. No detail too modest or habit too eccentric to note. You never know what may prove inspiring to another sweaty soul.
  • Who: Any MMM challenger in good standing. Newbies still welcome!
  • PrizeOne Free Fitbit
  • Deadline: Friday, June 4th, 5:00 P.M. EST.
  • Submission Format: Please submit via standard "Workout Post." Images, audio, and video welcome. But MUST be tagged "HMSP" to be considered.

Comments

I'm happy to be in second place between aasny in the cycling catagory because I thought I biked a lot, but s/he is a cycling maniac, albeit one who hasn't entered anything in almost a month.
