Oliver, I demand child support!

Due to your fandangled website and its ludicrous encouragement to eat better and move more and not drink copious amounts of delicious lemon cider accompanied by Mr Marlboro's finest, I am officially up the duff. And I am holding you solely responsible (hey, I'm pregnant, logic doesn't apply...). I shall assume the cheque is in the post?

Yes, I am 12 weeks sprogged. Although we won't be having our first scan until next week and haven't officially gone public yet as I am utterly convinced there will be something horribly wrong, I thought I would come on here and say, cheers Social Workout - I do genuinely put much of the reason behind this unexpected development down to the fact I was taking much better care of myself these past few months. That and the doinking, obviously. Now the initial terror and shell-shock have passed, we're quite excited about the whole dealy.

I am very looking forward to going back to the gym next week as I was sworn off it by my GP til now. I may actually be able to finally contribute some minutes!

CONGRATULATIONS.  Just between us and the interwebs, Mr. Joesgirl and I hope to be joining you sometime this year in pre-natal bliss.   Healthy living and doinking: AMEN.  God knows we are getting in a lot of practice at both.  ;)

CONGRATULATIONS CAKE!!!!!  I think that should be SW's new motto  "healthy living and doinking"  I mean what other workout program lets you count doinking as a workout?
