Sarina Jain is Kicking it Up a Notch. And She Thinks You Should Too

Last night Sarina taught three Masala Bhangra classes. THEN she made herself go to the gym and do 20 minutes on the treadmill. She teaches 17 classes a week, but she's used to that. So she's adding in more cardio and upping the reps and resistance on her weight training. Why? Mostly because she wants to feel stronger, sexier, and more amazing. But also because on June 1st, our fearless Spirit Guide heads to Mexico City for a five day press event. Top secret, soon-to-be-revealed, Big Things are about to happen for Sarina, and she wants to be prepared.

Two weeks into the Million Minute Month, Sarina wants you to kick it up a notch along with her. "People get very comfortable in their routine. But this is the Million Minute Month! Put some minutes into something that is outside of your normal routine. Do your body some good!" One million minutes or bust. Come on ya'll!

Sarina is the best! I used to be a regular at her Masala B classes and Chisel, but do to change in my sched, I can only go as a treat. Her Chisel classes are the BEST- they are not only lots of weights, but a great boost of cardio too. 

You all must try out a Sarina class! She also has such a motivating and upbeat personality that you'll have some fun while you sweat it out.
