The Million Minute Month begins in eight days. As previously discussed, we aim to mobilize America to log one million minutes of excercise. To do so, we've called on friends of the site — leaders in their fields — to rally their respective communities. These "Spirit Guides" have started to arrive, by land, sea, and air. Today, we're delighted to introduce (or re-introduce) Marion Roaman, one of the top spinning teachers in the country, who has joined our crusade, and is bringing with her the Ride the Zone community from New York to the Hamptons.
