I don't wanna!!!

Folks.  Fellow feralizers.  Anyone.

The only thing standing between me and having met this entire challenge is sprints.  I have done more than my share of all the strength stuff.  I have worked out all but two days this month.  I have run many more hours and many more miles, all outside, than I ever thought I would have at this point.  I feel wild and strong.

But I have not racked up 30 minutes of sprints.  It has been dreary and rainy and I cannot make myself do it.

This afternoon I am cutting out of work early to make a nice little seder for friends.  I will make a chocolate hazelnut torte, and the haroset, and will prep veggies and chicken.  And while everything is baking or cooling, I am going to lace up my [awesome new] sneakers and run as fast and as wild as I can into the cold mist so that I can DO THIS.

Go for it in spurts! You've built up the stamina so you'll quickly recover between them.
