Pulling Up w/ Progress - one PULL ON!

Still don't think I can "crush" this feat, but I can improve a lot- and in that sense crush it!

So as of saturday, I was able to jump up  and hold on to the pull up bar for a solid one full sec!!!

I used to be able to touch it but not hold on!

I tried again, and I actually fell backwards. I was low blood sugar and decided to stop for the day, I didn't want to hurt myself.

I'm getting better.......will I get the pull UP...prob not up...but hey...I can at least get my PULL ON!

you'll get there! every bit of progress gets you closer!

I'm feeling the same way! I can now hang from the bar for a while, but any movement skyward seems near impossible... I feel like I've made progress, but I really want to be able to say that I can at least do one!
