So I may be a little obsessed.

So I'm pretty much hooked on Zumba.  Like I said before, I really wish it wasn't an infomercial sensation, but it's what is working for me at the moment.  I hate that I'm only able to attend the class once a week because of my work schedule.  I want to go and do it right now.

I want to skip out on work so that I can go exercise.  Oh my....have I gone crazy?

I wish that my diet could be a little better. I'm doing what I can, but our funds are not good at this point so it's a matter of throwing together what we can.  I know it won't always be like this, but I am definately not able to make the smarter choices that I want to make at this point.

Any tips on eating healthy on a super tight budget?

Keep it simple and don't eat processed food...

btw - I ALWAYS want to skip work for a workout!

add an extra vegetable or fruit to each meal (even snacks, so if you want goldfish, you also have to have part of an apple or some carrot sticks). I did this at a time when I couldn't really change my eating/spending habits, and it made me feel like I was really doing something about my health. Also, I noticed it making a difference in my energy and weight. I was just thinking I should start doing it again, actually.
