UK Man Banned From Road After Walking His Dog With His Car

British people have reached new depths of laziness. When 23-year-old Paul Railton wants to walk his dog, he gets in his car, rolls down the window so he can hold his dog's leash, and drives slowly as his pet trots along. At least he did until police hauled him to court last week for blocking the road. He's now banned from driving for six months.

:) I know. I felt a little guilty about that. I feel like I should have added that Andy Rooney is rumored to have done the same thing. Though I think if you're a famous curmudgeon maybe that's a reasonable excuse?
