Not feeling very Feralicious today

Goddamnit, I just started typing out an enormous entry and lost it. FFS!

I can't be bothered to retype it all, I'm far too annoyed.

Suffice to say, I'm in for the challenge. I have no idea how to do dips or pull ups and have no bars on which to do them so need some advice about whether using the machine at the gym counts and how to build up to doing either one unassisted. I am dreading this part of the challenge. I also need some clarity on the Eat Wild one - like sass, I just don't really get it.

So that kinda screws up 3 of the feats before I've even started. Sigh. I am too hungover and sleep-deprived to process it all.

Seriously, I wouldn't stress over it.  Just do what you can.  Work toward at least one completed pull-up and one completed dip by the end of the challenge...that's it.  And if you can't complete at least one, applaud yourself for at least giving it a try.  :)

I agree, the Eat Wild is a little vague, but if you find 12 recipes on a raw food site...or caveman site...or ?  and prepare those,  I reckon they'd be counted as "wild".  What do you reckon?

Cheers volcane - you are, of course, right on all counts. I suspect my overindulgence last night and 4am bedtime has somewhat skewed my judgement ;)
