In anticipation of our fabulous Booze and Boulders Challenge Celebration on Monday (hope you're coming!), the Social Workout Prize Committee is huddled and engaged in great debate. But one thing has become clear: We need your help. One lucky New Year's Edition Challenger and Pimp Your Bed Feat Completer will be taking home The Outlast Not Too Hot Not Too Cold® Sleep System. This is a serious prize, and the responsibility for deciding who gets it is just to great for us to bear alone. So we're opening it up to voting!
We've collected your "Pimped Bed" photos in a slideshow (above). Take a look and vote for your favorite in the comments. If, in some outrageous oversight, we've failed to include your bed's pimpin' photo, comment on that too, and we'll fix it asap. And if your bed is up for consideration, feel free to grub for votes! How can we choose just one? My favorites are Llave's (because the whole ROOM looks so put together), Butwhatfido's (so tranquil!), Zuzupetal's (so Zen!) and Vajardin's (so Indian!).
I think my #1 vote is going to Vajardin, because I love the color and texture of the bedclothes.

Vote for my bed... as you will see peaking out of the book shelf on the right is my bike tire which means I keep fitness less than 12 feet from my bed at all times!! (And yes 100pounds- it's all put together, I am a bit of a typeA when it comes to that)
I think I have to vote for vonHottie since she is one of the few people I know who can pull off that much satin.

granted, if there was an Oscar for best bed pimping, it would clearly go to MSH258 & KDOOG for their production of "pimp (in) my bed." whether or not that film should be considered along with the more traditional bed pimpings is an open issue that our judges are struggling with. these are tricky matters, and thanks for your patience with our primitive voting system.

Run Leela Run's flowers in a vase + box of earplugs + moleskines made me swoon.

I'm torn. I'd love to sleep in Erikka's or Shaynet's beds. So they both get my vote. (Also love the Harry Potter bedside table. . .wizards and lilies, so perfect.)

zuzu's bed looks like it's out of a magazine... beautiful; vajardin's bed look fab - I wanna see more - I love the textures, patterns and colors... relaxing... but von hottie's looks like I could swirl around there all day. On the other hand, I'm loving the creative juices flowin in msh/killer's bed...

7,8,9 and 17. AND ADRIANA's. I vote that Msh and KillerC's video is BANGING- but the bed is not as pimpin as the video that are "acting." Excellent marketing, but not as into the product. I do have to say that I have been in bed #8 (on thurs) and it was so delicious...I would spend even more time in it if there was that fancy new comforter...just sayin.
