too good to be true

i knew it!  stupid jerk faced lady is just a glorified weight watchers guru!  while yes she would give me some workout advice and a single weekly workout she just wanted to force me to buy weight watchers book & calculators but then also gave me a bizzaro list of things i wouldnt be allowed.  like carbs.  all of them.  or cheese, milk, oranges, bananas, cauliflower, yams and a laundry list of other things.

how am i supposed to trust a woman who goes through my daily food intake and tells me to cut it down to between 800-900 calories.  what the fuck.  i know im fat but im not stupid.  growl.  grumble.  kick.

she was featured on the local news and a girl i see at the gym fairly often was talking about her.  and she seemed in our initial emails & phone calls to be a good solution to help push me through the wall ive hit.

yup cauliflower is way too much sugar and starch according to her.

shes not really one for understanding the concepts of seasonal, local eating.  and when i tried to explain that the bulk of her suggested foods would never come into my house due to their pre-packaged ridiculousness and that i bake my own bread, dont do canned soups and that "smart dogs" are not a food i dare to eat.  her response was to say that all of that seems too difficult and that thats exactly the reason i am overweight.
