flog day 6

breakfast:

1/ bowl gluten free corn flakes, 1/2 bowl gluten-free flax cereal with rice milk & blueberries

lunch:

1 bowl veggie-chili with brown rice 

1/2 avacado

dinner

1 cup (ish) rice

1 cup (ish) corn

1 apple

dessert (yet to be consumed, but i've got it all planned out)

1 bowl rice-pudding (made with jasmine rice and coconut milk) with strawberry jam

 

2 L of water!!! so far, plenty of energy and plenty of peeing.
