Day 18: Just a Brief Flog Before Bed EDIT: Flog Feat Accompli!!!

Breakfast

2 small bowls of fruit (strawberries, melons, blueberries and grapes)

2 cups of coffee

1/4 muffin

Lunch

Bleu Cheeseburger and fries at Bricktops with some friends after church

Snack

Smoothie

Dinner

Protein Bar

1/2 Honeydew Melon

 

Again, not the most balanced day due to waking up a lot later on the weekends than I do during the week, but not absolutely horrible either I don't think.

I've got another Bikram session tomorrow night.  Hopefully, my legs (hamstrings especially) will recover from it quicker than they did this past week.  :o)

No new song for tonight, but I'll see what I can do for tomorrow.  :o)

EDIT::  I just realized that this entry means I completed the Flog Feat.  Huzzah!

Well, I took a 3 hour nap when I got home this afternoon so it was kind of late when I woke up and I didn't feel like cooking anything.  Nor did I have the ingredients to cook with (forgot to get some more chicken when I went grocery shopping a couple of days ago) so I went with a protein bar.  It's 11:00 and I'm still kind of hungry though.  Maybe I'll have some tea before bed...  :o)
