Blogging will make me start

The act of signing up is clearly not enough but if I blog it will make me accountable. So tomorrow is day one of no caffiene. No workout tomorrow due to a long day of driving - except the long walk around Ikea! Goal for this week is to walk to work twice this week, eat 7 servings of fruit and veges everyday, gym three times (plus the bush walk on Monday), no after dinner snacking.
