Erikka's Run Faster Mix
Erikka loves yoga. But that doesn't mean she's some sort of anti-cardio zen-o-phile who wants to spend all day opening her chakras. She also loves to run, as in hard core distance run with brain-melting music to keep her speed up. Want to put in some speedy miles yourself? This is the playlist for you. "I once ran a six mile race to Slayer, which I strongly recommend you do not ever attempt. While I did get the best running time of my life, I collapsed at the end and didn’t move for a good half hour, gasping and groaning. These days, my running music list has become a strange mix of up-tempo techno/drum and bass and metal – schizophrenic, but both have a driving beat that keep you moving. It’s my playlist equivalent of having someone behind me screaming “GOOOOOOO!” This list definitely won’t be for everyone but when it’s 6 A.M., you haven’t had coffee, and your legs just don’t wanna, it does the trick."
