Day 22: Where are my Killer Abs?

I'm feeling frustrated because I killed it with my ab routine today- I do stuff in reps now that I wouldn't even attempt before- but I don't see it. Trust me, I have a good 25lbs to lose, but my scale never changes and neither has my body. People tell me I look like I'm losing weight but people always say that to me-- that's what I call the "fat girl compliment". LOL! Anyways, I did go to the gym today and did a pretty decent workout.

1. Stretched
2. Abs: did 400 crunches- mostly worked on my lower abs, did leg lifts and other things I don't know the name of, did bicycles and oblique crunches as well.
3. Arms: 40 Push-ups
4. Cardio: ran on the EFX for 30mins and 5min cooldown. I ran 3miles and burned 338 calories. I ran at a fast jog on level 5 resistance. I just couldn't do the crazy hill today...my thighs hurt from running outdoors the day before. OUCH! LOL
5. Stretched again...

Eventhough I'm a bit frustrated, I'm glad I'm still working out and not giving up.

Awesome workout! I bet if you lie down, lift your head and poke your stomach you'll feel the muscles (and now I just sound crazy, but they're definitely there if you can do 400 crunches - god bless you on that!). And holy crap, 40 push-ups is awesome! (I've never been able to do more than 5 real ones - I always cheat by not going all the way down and I still can't do very many of those). Anyway - muscle weighs more than fat so don't let the scale bum you out:)
