Day 17 - Dr. RainLove, or How I Quit Moping and Learned to Love the Shred

After a couple of glorious days, the cold gray rain is back. But Thank God for the 30 Day Shred On Demand.
It has totally enabled me to make my workouts when even the flimsiest of excuses would normally put me straight back on my couch or right back looking at eBay.

I know that plan is supposed to be 30 days in a row, but I'm happy to mix it in every couple of days with the rest of my cardio and yoga.

Today: some hard fought sweaty Shred time.

Sounds like a good workout. I might have to get this one from Netflix since I don't have On Demand.

I picked up on it after a blogger I read started posting & twittering about it. My other workouts are usually minimum 30 minutes on treadmill, or hour long yoga class, etc...but this workout is 20 minutes and is KILLER. It's 3 sets of a circuit of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of Abs.
